ReplyDeleteMy favourite semi-healthy treat: Fruit pie! I used reduced-fat puff pastry made with vegetable fats (not animal), one sheet for the base and one sheet for the top. In the middle I fill with sugar-free stewed fruit, and then serve with light cream. The natural sugars from the fruit makes it sweet - naturally!
ReplyDeleteI've never tested how many calories this actually has, though. Still, I eat it all the time and it doesnt impact the waist-line like chocolate pudding does, ha ha. :)

I love lists like these, I tried to make my own "100 snacks under 100 calories" list but it's a lot harder than it looks!
